• On-Device Processing: All PDF document loading, text searching, thumbnail rendering, and table of contents extraction are performed entirely locally on your device.

• Temporary Local Storage: To support native operating system features like sharing or printing, the App creates a temporary local copy of the document within your device's isolated app sandbox. This data never leaves your device.

• No Analytics or Tracking: The App does not contain third-party SDKs, tracking pixels, advertising frameworks, or telemetry services.

2. System Permissions and File Access

• File Access: The App accesses only the specific PDF files you explicitly open using the native system file picker or open-with handlers. It does not scan or read other files or folders on your device.

• Network Usage: The App works completely offline and does not make external network requests.

3. Data Sharing

Because we do not collect any user or usage data, we do not share, sell, or transfer any information to third parties.

When you choose to print or share a document using system controls (such as AirPrint or the iOS/macOS Share Sheet), that interaction is governed entirely by Apple's operating system and the destination application or service you choose.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our App collects no personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using PDF Manual Reader ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on compatible iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App functions as a viewer for your local PDF files. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for all documents you view, share, or print using the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original code, visual design, icons, and layout, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be completely error-free when displaying all PDF files.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

6. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting all copies of the App from your devices. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
